I think one thing that tutorials aren't super helpful with is putting an emphasis on player feedback.  If I were coming in as a new player, I wouldn't know how to control anything, or what a "Skill Issue" is.  Maybe having a screen before to describe the mechanics and object of the game would be a potential improvement?

you not knowing what a skill issue is, isn't the games fault though?

The name is in the saying... an issue with your skills as a player. Doesn't really take much thinking to work out.

Atleast for me?... not sure on your side of things.
